HutHub works with third parties to bring you certain content and services that are part of the "Renter", "Buyers, “Landlord/Owner" and "Sellers" categories of HutHub real estate. "Search” “Renter”, “Buyers”, “Landlord/Owner” or “Sellers” are among the services that are brought to you in conjunction with a third party.

Registration requires certain personal information, including your name, email address, telephone number, and zip code be shared with HutHub, as well as details about your property profile or specific projects you are planning.

HutHub works with Authorize.net and Google Maps. HutHub uses Authorize.net for processing payments and setting up the recurring payments. Authorize.net collects personal and financial information for purposes of payment processing. When a user uses Google Maps, it may collect the user’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address when looking at a map of a listing. Also, Google Maps might collect street addresses submitted to retrieve longitudinal and latitudinal positions for radius search, but they are not connected to an IP address or cookie.

However, a user can use the free service (one free profile and one free listing) to avoid using the Authorize.net payment gateway. Also, a user can avoid sharing information with Google Maps by not using the Google Maps.

Information posted to a public profile may be shared with specific customers of HutHub and/or the public at large.

HutHub uses an integrated SSL certificate for secure transaction security procedures to protect personal information of users. 

Collection and Use of Non-Personal Information

HutHub automatically receives and records non-personal information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. HutHub may use this information to customize Your on-line experience and to fulfill your requests for certain products and services. However, HutHub does not connect this non-personal data to any personal information collected from you.

HutHub also allows third party companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our pages to set and access their cookies on your computer.
